Delivery Information

  • Order Processing: After you place an order, it usually takes 1 to 3 working days for us to process it. If your order is placed during the week, we aim to process your order within one working day. However, orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take a little longer.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery typically takes 8 to 14 working days. We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you without delay.

    • On the checkout page, fill in your shipping information carefully. Ensure all details are accurate to avoid any delays. Once completed, click "Continue to Shipping".

  4. Review & Shipping Information:

    • On the next page, double-check the shipping address and review your order. As a special perk, we temporarily offer free shipping on every order—no minimum required! Once you're happy with everything, click "Proceed to Payment".

  5. Choose Your Payment Method:

    • We offer several secure payment options, all protected by SSL encryption for your safety:

  6. Complete Your Order:

For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies.
