Refunds & Cancellations

We’re sorry to hear that you're not completely happy with your order. At Bella Essense, we strive to make the return process as easy and straightforward as possible.

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, which is why we offer free exchanges for a different size. In fact, 65% of shoppers order multiple sizes, contributing to higher return rates and increased shipping emissions. We appreciate your understanding and support in making more sustainable choices.


Return Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service when sending your return, as we do not take responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

How to Return Your Item

STEP 1: Contact Us

Email us at contact@bellaessense.com with your order number, customer name, and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with all the necessary instructions.

STEP 2: Send Your Package

Once you receive our return instructions, securely pack the item and ship it back to the address we provide. Be sure to use a Track & Trace shipping method to ensure your return is traceable. 

STEP 3: Receive Your Refund

After we receive your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. However, please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. If you'd like to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy above for instructions.


Important Notes

  • To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear worn or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
  • All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
