Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 8-12 business days. For more specific details, please refer to our shipping page.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary based on product availability.

Where can I find my order information?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder and add contact@bellaessense.com to your safe sender list. You can also track your order via our Track Your Order page.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?
For security reasons, we are unable to alter the shipping address once the order has been processed.

What happens if my package is lost?
While rare, if your package does not arrive, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. Bella Essense is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We recommend keeping proof of postage for your records.

Will you refund my delivery charge if I return an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping, duties, or taxes on returned items. For further details, please see our Refund Policy page.

I’m unsure about sizing – where can I find the information?
We want to ensure you find the perfect fit. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed sizing information. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Why was my order canceled?
If your order was canceled, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team to resolve any issues, and we’ll do our best to assist you promptly.

Can I edit my order once it’s placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been processed. However, please contact customer service immediately if you need assistance, and we’ll check if any adjustments can be made.


Order Tracking

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in your email or visit the Track Your Order page on our website. You can enter your tracking number, order number, email, or phone number to check the status of your delivery.

What if there are no tracking details available?
If tracking information is not available within 72 hours of your order shipment, please check your spam folder for the email confirmation. If you still don’t have details, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
